So, as a true enthusiast and lover of the terroir, Gregory conveys the values of the estate by offering us crémants of exceptional quality that have elevated the estate to a rank of excellence over the years.

 

One of the strengths of the house is aging on lees for 24 to 60 months depending on the cuvées, although the legal minimum period is 12 months. This allows the crémant to improve and acquire all its complexity, finesse, and aromas.

Grégory offers us a varied range of crémants that perfectly reflect the terroir of Burgundy.
