It is in the small town of Sainte-Marie-la-Blanche that Joël Remy produces his wines aged in barrels in a pure Burgundian tradition. He represents the fifth generation of the estate today and carries a long legacy of winemaking focused on quality and respect for the terroirs.

The management of the 12 hectares of vines is conducted according to the practices of reasoned agriculture, thanks to adapted tools that Joël has been able to develop since his arrival at the estate in 1988.

Plowing, grassing of the soils, and manual harvesting punctuate the steps of vineyard work.

Joël Remy and his wife Florence share with us today their passion for the terroir through white and red wines from the Côte de Beaune that express magical fruit, supported by beautiful silky tannins.

I would describe the reds as delicious with a nice tension at the end of the palate. The tannins are airy and have a beautiful length. As for the whites, it’s a pretty, somewhat round mouthfeel slightly buttered with a rich and intense finish that accompanies a beautiful balance of acidity/minerality.

I invite you to discover with delight my selection of wines from the estate and vintages.
