After spending 11 years in Vosne-Romanée at the prestigious Anne Gros estate, Elodie Roy returned to the Maranges terroir to take over the family estate planted by her grandfather Robert and her father Christian.
A passionate winemaker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Elodie decided to create the EARL Elodie Roy in 2018, marking her first vintage.
Today, she operates 10 hectares of vines worked using sustainable practices. For Elodie, respecting nature is a necessary attitude to transition to sustainable viticulture that is more respectful of the environment.
Elodie now shares her passion and rich experience with us by offering a range consisting of 3 white Burgundy wines and 5 red Burgundy wines.
You will appreciate the ripe fruits of her Hautes-Côtes de Beaune red, such as wild strawberry, or the freshness of her Maranges Le Goty, which expresses aromas of red fruits sprinkled with spicy notes.
The whites, on the other hand, will tantalize your taste buds with slightly honeyed citrus notes accompanied by a full and delicious palate.
Very balanced wines that perfectly illustrate the experience gained over all these years, which Elodie wonderfully shares with us for our greatest pleasure.
