Domaine De Pouilly – What Wonderful Wine

Pierre-Antoine and Vincent Besson today represent the fifth generation of the estate. It’s hard not to appreciate these talented men whose warm and authentic welcome perfectly reflects the spirit of the estate’s wines.

These independent winemakers share their passion through wines produced from sustainable agriculture spanning over fifteen hectares.

Primarily planted with white grape varieties, the estate has built its reputation on the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The range quickly expanded to include other appellations of the region, notably Mâcon and Saint-Véran, crafted with the same passion and professionalism that drive these two exceptional winemakers.

There’s no doubt that the Pouilly estate ranks among the best in these appellations today, and it’s well-deserved!

With expertise acquired over nearly a century, these two brothers offer us wines with a rich and varied aromatic palette.

Thriving on clay-limestone soils, the whites perfectly represent the specific characteristics of the different terroirs. The reds, on the other hand, are delicious, balanced, and beautifully fresh. It’s a very beautiful success.
